Subaru Impreza WRC2003 - Mikko Hirvonen - Rally Finland 2004

THIS MODEL ONLY WORKS ON THE KAZHOL MODEL OF THE '03 IMPREZA. Mikko Hirvonen has always been one of my favorites, really likeable guy. That's why I decided to do this livery now. As the Imprezas in RBR do not have Hirvonen livery available before this one. This rally was a proper disaster for Mikko. Mikko was driving in solid 5th position before the final stage of the opening day. Killeri super special stage in a horse racing track very near to Jyväskylä's city centre. Mikko hit the barriers really unfortunately there and he had to retire. Massive blow to the guy who just was doing his first full season in proper factory works rally team. First time to properly show for all the local fans (which most likely included many of Mikko's friends and family as he's from Central Finland) and on the stage where there's the most spectators, he bottles it quite spectacularly. Now with this skin you can try and improve the memories you have of this car and Finnish fore...

Citroen Xsara WRC - Juuso Pykälistö - Rally Finland 2004

It's been a while. I've always had a soft spot for privateers who are more than capable pace-wise. Juuso Pykälistö was one of them. Especially in Finland in 2004. He begun the rally with two times in the top 10. On first stage Juuso managed to be 6th fastest (and the fastest Citroen) and on the second stage he managed to go fourth fastest. He was in third position in the rally after two stages. Ahead of him were only Peugeot factory drivers Harri Rovanperä and Sebastian Lindholm. Sadly, on third stage Juuso's car gave up and his rally was over. We can only speculate what he could've managed in the rally without car issues, but it is pointless. What is not pointless though, is the fact that now you can try to go full Juuso on the stages of Richard Burns Rally. I always hoped Juuso would have made it big in WRC. Especially as he was the protege of my favorite driver, Marcus Grönholm. DOWNLOAD (Updated on December 26th 2020) Here's some pictures of th...
