Hannu's last win! Now immortalised properly in RBR! This livery was the result of remaking the 1987 1000 Lakes Rally livery, and thinking that well, with the same effort I can also do another one. This is how I want to publish these skins when I'm putting out a remade skin in 4k.  And if you pay attention, I've not went with the easiest route of just changing the rally number stickers. I've changed most of the stickers place to be accurate for the Safari Rally car, as well as replacing the censored HB logos from the 1000 Lakes Rally skin with proper HB International logos. This car's original skin had a spelling error on Mikkola's name, so I had to make another skin for it. Also as Mikkola is known as Mr. 1000 Lakes Rally, it's fitting that I made the livery from there. Now that I am done with the Jannemod V3 codriver mod, I've started re-making my skins in 4k, in order to fix the errors I've found on these old skins, as well as helping myself sleep better at night. Eventually. This is the first one I've done now, all the rest will come #eventually.  And yes these skins are now in RSF launcher compatible skin mode, so all you need to do to install is to download the .zip file, and import it with RSF launcher. The rally itself wasn't too great for Hannu, as the car was quite horrible (duh), and Hannu's rally ended on SS3 as he went off. Hannu's pace on the first two stages was promising, as he was 5th fastest on both. Massive thanks to Peppermint Fleck for teaching me how to do these renders of these cars! Hope you guys...

 Final release of those "advent calendar skins" that I've had laying around. This would have been day 1 release if the advent calendar thing would have come to life. Definitely one of my favorite drivers, one of my favorite cars, one of my favorite rallies and one of my favorite colour schemes. What more could you ask for? The rally itself was victorious for Markku. He took the fifth of his six Rally Finland victories here. Piloting the Delta HF 4WD to a dominant victory. Markku started the rally with his usual style. Maximum attack from the start. He won first five stages and by the time of leg 1 ended, Markku was leading already by 1 minute and 16 seconds ahead of teammate Juha Kankkunen.  On leg 2 Markku continued from where he left off, opening the leg with three back to back fastest times. This car made history. This car helped Juha Kankkunen become the first world champion in the history of the World Rally Championship to successfully defend his title. Juha had a good rally in RAC 1987, winning it ahead of Stig Blomqvist and Jimmy McRae. Winning here meant that Juha passed teammates Miki Biasion and Markku Alen in the final championship standings. That meant that Juha became the first driver to win back to back world titles in rallying history. This rally was also Juha's last World Rally Championship appearance for Lancia at the time being as he moved to Toyota for seasons 1988 and 1989 before returning to Lancia in 1990. Later on Juha would go to win two titles more in 1991 and 1993 to become the first four time world champion in rallying history. Later on Tommi Mäkinen and some French Sebastiens have wrecked the records.
